Appointment Booking & Prepayment

 

All services at Ellenium Beauty Center are available by prior appointment only.

Booking confirmation secures your time slot, specialist, and necessary equipment.

Without a confirmed appointment, the service cannot be provided.

Prepayment is required only when the client physically visits Ellenium and confirms their intention to receive the service. No prepayment is required in advance before visiting the center.

Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling

• Cancellation or rescheduling is allowed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

• If cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, the prepayment is non-refundable — the service is considered provided, as this time slot cannot be reallocated.

• Repeated lateness or no-show may result in blocking future bookings.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only possible in the following cases and strictly upon presentation of official documents confirming the reason for the refund:​

1. Full impossibility of providing the service due to Ellenium’s fault

(e.g., cancellation of the procedure by the center, technical issues, specialist illness without the possibility of rescheduling).

2. Officially confirmed force majeure circumstances on the part of the client:

• Death of a close relative (upon presentation of an official document)

• Hospitalization of the client (official certificate from a medical institution confirming hospitalization on the procedure dates)

• Diagnosed serious illness or medical condition preventing the client from undergoing procedures (upon presentation of an official medical report explicitly recommending refusal of procedures)

• Natural disaster or emergency situation at the client’s place of residence (with official confirmation)

• State restrictions or prohibitions imposed by the government of Türkiye (such as quarantine, lockdown, curfew)

3. Other cases explicitly provided for by the laws of Türkiye and confirmed by official documentation.

 

All other situations (relocation, vacation, business trips, loss of interest in the service, personal or family circumstances, etc.) are not grounds for a refund, but we are always ready to consider rescheduling your appointment if reasonable.

Memberships & Gift Cards

• The validity period of a membership ranges from 1 to 6 months from the date of purchase.

• The exact validity period is determined by Ellenium Beauty Center at the time of sale, depending on the number of sessions included in the membership. The more sessions it contains, the longer its validity period.

• The specific validity period is stated in the purchase agreement, agreed upon with the client, and confirmed by their personal signature.

• The validity period of a gift card for a specific number of procedures is set in the same manner as for memberships — individually, at the time of purchase.

• The validity period of a gift card for a specific monetary value is 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Extension is possible only in case of confirmed force majeure circumstances (see above).

• Unused sessions after the expiry date are canceled.

• Refund is not possible, including for partially used memberships.

• Gift cards and memberships can be transferred to another person, provided the administrator is notified in advance.

• In case of loss of the gift card, Ellenium is not responsible for its recovery.

General Terms

• By making a payment or purchasing a membership/gift card, the client automatically agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• All disputes are considered individually but strictly within the framework of this policy.

• Ellenium Beauty Center reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. The latest version is always available on our website.
